Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Factunode service, an electronic invoicing platform developed by Summabits. By registering, you accept these conditions.

2. Service description

Factunode allows you to create, manage, and issue electronic invoices and quotes. The service implements the technical requirements of the Verifactu system (RD 1007/2023) for communication with AEAT.

3. Registration and account

• You must provide truthful data and keep it updated
• You are responsible for the security of your password
• One account per natural or legal person
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Pricing and billing

Factunode offers a free trial period with no credit card required. Pricing will be communicated directly and with sufficient notice. You can cancel at any time before a charge is applied.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Use the service only for legal invoicing purposes
• Not attempt to access other users' data
• Not use the service to issue fraudulent invoices
• Not intentionally overload the servers

6. Liability

Factunode is an invoicing tool. Tax and fiscal responsibility lies with the user. Summabits is not responsible for errors in user-entered data or the tax consequences derived from using the service.

7. Verifactu and AEAT

Invoice submission to AEAT only occurs when the user explicitly activates it. Factunode does not send data to AEAT without explicit user consent. The user is responsible for complying with their tax obligations.

8. Intellectual property

The Factunode software, design, and brand are property of Summabits. The data and documents you generate are your property.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be deleted except for data we must retain by legal obligation (issued invoices, tax records).

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you by email at least 15 days in advance. If you disagree, you can cancel your account before they take effect.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Summabits' registered city.
